On Trend Flat Packs Return Policy
A restocking fee of 20% will be charged for any standard item returned in its original packaging if the customer changes their mind within 30 days of purchase.
Items that cannot be returned for change-of-mind are:
- Items purchased more than 30 days prior.
- Items that have been installed.
- Special order items, including made-to-order doors, panels, and benchtops.
If an item is found to be faulty it can be returned to On Trend Flat Packs for a replacement within the warranty period.
Appliance Warranties are held by the manufacturer of the appliance and not On Trend Flat Packs. Please refer to the warranty booklet provided with the appliance.
